A collection of frequently asked questions about NYPC.
Starting this year, a new NYPC membership system has been established, requiring a new registration on the NYPC website separately from your Nexon ID.
You can access all services once you register as a new member.
※ If you need a certificate of participation for the 2022–2025 competitions, you can download it until December 2026 by logging in with your Nexon ID.

You must enter and verify your mobile phone number during registration, and important competition-related announcements will be sent to this number.
We strongly recommend providing a number registered in your own name.
If you use someone else's number, such as a guardian's, please ensure in advance that there will be no issues receiving verification codes and announcements.
※ Please note that participants are responsible for any consequences resulting from a failure to receive announcements.
▶ If you forgot your ID,
Click the [Profile] icon in the top right corner of the NYPC website to go to the login screen, then click [Find ID].
If you enter the email address you registered with, we will send your ID to that email.
▶ If you forgot your password,
Passwords are encrypted and stored, so they cannot be recovered if lost. Please reset your password via [Find Password].
Click the [Profile] icon in the top right corner of the NYPC website to go to the login screen,
then click [Find Password] After verifying your registered email address, you can set a new password.
You can change them after logging in at [MY PAGE] > [My Info].
However, the ID and nickname entered during registration cannot be changed.
Click the [Profile] icon in the top right corner of the NYPC website to open the login window, and ensure you enter your ID and password correctly.
Please try logging in again using one of the supported browsers below:

If you continue to experience errors when attempting to log in, please contact the NYPC HQ with a detailed description of the issue.
You can proceed with the account deletion process after logging in at [My Page] > [My Info].
If you log in within the 15-day grace period after requesting deletion, you can cancel the request. Once the grace period expires, the deletion is finalized.
※ Important Notes on Account Deletion
- After deletion is finalized, you cannot log in to NYPC, and all information, including applications and competition results, will be deleted.
Deleted information cannot be restored for any reason.
- Personal information entered during registration will be stored for 30 days from the date of the deletion request in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
After that, if separate retention is required by relevant laws, it will be stored for the designated period and then destroyed.
- You can re-register with the same personal information after the retention period ends, but pre-deletion data will not be recovered.
If you withdraw while participating in the NYPC competition during the competition period, you will be automatically disqualified.
In particular, for Master Track participants, if you withdraw from the NYPC service during the competition, all members of your team will be disqualified,
so please be sure to keep this in mind.
If you log in within the 15-day grace period after requesting deletion, you can cancel the request.
Once the grace period expires, the deletion is finalized, and your account cannot be recovered for any reason thereafter.
Please review the notes on account deletion carefully and make your decision cautiously.
As your ID is considered sensitive personal information, please log in and delete your account yourself.
If you are unable to delete your account yourself due to a lost ID or password, please contact the NYPC HQ with a detailed description of the issue.
